1.Size
At a trade show, market or promotional event, our canopy tents create a protected & practical space.
Our portable Canopy Tents are available in selection of size options, ranging from 10×10,10×15 to 10×20.
The common sizes that are available are- 10x10ft,10x15ft ,10x20ft,5x5ft,8x8ft with a production time within 2-3 days for 1-5 sets.
The Other Sizes available are 13x13ft,13x20ft,13x26ft,20x20ft, diameter 10ft hexagon shape tent with a production time within 5-8days.

2. Folding Tent Frames
The tent frame serves as a support for the tent, which provides the shape and structure. The frame is adjustable to change the height of the tent. We mainly have two frames:
Popular Frame: The leg (hex tube) diameter is 40mm and tube wall thickness of 1.2mm. It is of good quality aluminum structure with ABS material connectors and steel feet. Get the tent frame available for 5x5ft, 8x8ft, 10x10ft, 10x15ft, or 10x20ft.
Premium Frame: Leg (hex tube) diameter is 50mm, and tube wall thickness is 2mm. Aluminum structures and connectors with steel feet. It is of premium quality and is good in the windy weather. Get the premium frame available for 10x10ft, 10x15ft, 10x20ft, 13x13ft, 13x20ft, 13x26ft, or 20x20ft.
The foldable frame can be easily set-up while following the user manual.
3.Custom Tent Fabric
The fabric of our canopies are made of a 600d oxford material with PU coating. The quality of the material is long-lasting, preventing easy tearing or scratching of the tent.
- The full coverage is PU coated for waterproof protection, and provides resistance to flame, wind, and rain. It is designed to be placed outdoors in any weather.
- The PU coated fabric provides added protection against the changing UV rays.
- The standard width of the 600d oxford material is 1.5m/5ft.
- The maximum width of the fabric which can be bought is 240cm/95 inches with a seamless roof and walls.
- Graphics can be fully and completely printed on the fabric.
4.Roof
The roof is 600d oxford material fabric which is dye sublimed. We offer a full-color print of the roof fabric for the tent.
5 Valance.
The valances are the straight fabric found at the end of the tent.The valance also comes with buckles in the middle which are not directly sown on the valance. The buckles and Velcro help the roof to be stable and sturdy fixed on the frame. Our custom canopies provide excellent shade during outdoor events, and the user-friendly design ensures the pop up canopy is easy and quick to set up. The legs snap presents you the freedom to adjust to a variety of heights.
The valance comes with a loop Velcro that is sewn in the corners. While attaching the valance to the frame, the stick on the hook Velcro is wrapped around the legs to assure a strong structure. The loop Velcro is found on the valance and hook Velcro is on the tent frame leg.
The valance also comes with buckles in the middle which are not directly sown on the valance. The buckles and Velcro help the roof to be stable and sturdy fixed on the frame.
At the bottom of the valance, a 2-inches wide loop Velcro strip is sewn (double stitched) enabling wall connections between the walls and roof.
6 Full Wall &Half Wall.
The standard wall material provided with the custom tent is waterproof made from 600d oxford material. Normal wall is single sided printing , but we also can do double sided walls, Print two single sided wall , then sew back to back .Cost also double
Another material that can be used as walls is the mesh polyester which is see-through and allows wind to blow through. We offer this option for tents which can be best used in hot summers.
The maximum height offered is 215cm. It is better to half shorter walls for better work experience. A 2‘’ wide hook Velcro is sewn on the top of the full wall to allow connection with the tent valance for a sturdy structure. In addition, a Velcro hook is sewn at the side edges of the walls so that it can be tied to the frame legs offering anti-wind protection. At the side edges, there are zippers sewn so that the full walls can stay connected.
Half-wall – The half-wall comes will have a rail kit. The rail sleeve at the top of the half-wall allows the rail to go through and can be hanged on the wall.
7 Accessories.
Roller Bag
The wheel bag is part of the tent package where the tent can be stored for easy transportation.
Sand Bag
The anti-wind tent comes with sand-bags wrapped around the tent leg for more weight.
Rain Gutter
During rainy days, the rain gutter can be used to collect rainwater. This is only applicable when two tents are set up and connected.
Water Tank
The empty tank is light in weight, but can act as a foot weight when filled with water.
Foot Weight
The foot weight of the canopy tent is made out of steel. The foot weight on the tent legs gives strength to the tent to withstand windy weather. The average sizes available are 7Kg, 10Kg, and 15Kg.
Front Awning

ANS. The valance is the bottom part of the canopy, where the fabric is straight. It is often used for mentioning printed details such as contact information or names.
The peaks are the top of the pop-up canopy shaped like a triangle or trapezoid based on the tent’s requirements and size. We offer printable peaks which can have larger designs than that of the valance.
ANS. We show a mock-up design of your custom-made tents artwork to show the designs based on the requirements. Through the process of dye sublimation printing, the tents are printed colorfully, which does not fade off.
ANS. The tents are collapsible, which can be stored in dry areas without heat. Make sure to fold and place the tent in the storage place so that it does not get wrinkled. When the tent is wet, dry it before storing it.
