The tip of each of our feather flying poles is solid, while the rest is hollow. The processing technology used for the tip pole is Pultrusion process, while the rest of the pipes are built via the roll-wrapping process. Then, the poles undergo colour coating & clear lacquer surface treatment.

The bottom section pole inner diameter is 16mm, but this is not a universal dimension. We can adjust the inner diameter to make sure it fits the different sizes of the base spindles. The pole construction and fitting both can be custom made.

The stick is made with the process of pultrusion, the top section of the flagpole is flexible, but as we go down, it becomes stiff right at the bottom. The round glue protects the flag sleeve top from tearing apart. The stainless steel covets at the bottom of the stick for protection.

The rest of the sections of the feather flying poles are the fiberglass poles; they are much stiffer. The thickness of each pipe wall is 2mm, and it offers great protection. There are no stainless covers at the various connections. 2.5mm is the thickness of each bar wall connection; this ensures that the pole connections don’t break even if there is a strong wind blowing.

The bottom of the pole is protected with a stainless cover. There is also 3mm thickness protection at the pipe wall’s inner side. The protects the pole from not breaking out by the base spindle. The pole also comes with a movable clip. So, if you want a smaller flag for a particular event, you can easily move the positions of the clip and the flag will tie-down.
