The traditional flag fabric is light polyester, color can see through, the silvery liner in the middle will affect the color of each side flags. White looks like light gray, black is not solid, the colors don’t like themselves the cause of the cushioned liner. The new flag fabric is opaque, presenting an original color as it printed out. Light polyester is knitted with a lower density, the flag can be “see-through”, and new fabric with silvery with higher density, present higher print accuracy. The new fabric is 145g, it is 290g for 2 layers. The popular fabric of the traditional flag is 110g, the liner is 110g, it is 330g for 3 layers. Although the new flag weight is lighter(2 layers only), but the fabric is more durable than the light polyester.

To protect the pole, there is a sleeve that is provided that slips onto the pole and is attached to the feather flag. This can be customized to a white, black, or printed finish so you can achieve the look that you want. Made from durable material, they are reinforced to prevent tears or rips from happening while the flag is in use.

We reinforced the sleeve at the top to protect the pole tip breaking the sleeve tip out.

For any and all of the ‘to door’ shipments that we send out, you don’t need to handle any of the custom work. You just need to provide the correct information to the forwarder at the office and pay the taxes associated with the shipment. 

Even for some of the shipments being made, taxes may be charged by the forwarder and these should be covered in a timely manner.
